Product Overview

This dual-chip 2835 SMD LED is constructed with independent red chip and 850nm infrared chip in one package, with compact dimension 2.8×3.4×0.7mm. Equipped with 4 separated pins for two isolated circuits, it enables three working modes: single red emission, single IR emission, or simultaneous dual-light output. Standard red wavelength at 620~630nm and IR at 850nm, each chip runs at rated 20mA. Fully compatible with automatic SMT mounting and lead-free reflow soldering, compliant with RoHS & REACH, specially developed for medical physiotherapy devices, facial beauty heating instruments and household healthcare appliances.
