5. Storage, Soldering & Reliability Instruction
5.1 Reflow Soldering Specification
Only single-time reflow soldering is permitted; repeated high-temperature oven passing will damage internal chip and silicone lens structure.
Lead-free soldering: peak temperature ≤260℃, heating rate ≤4℃/s, soaking duration over 120s within 180~200℃;
Leaded soldering: peak temperature ≤230℃, heating rate ≤4℃/s, soaking duration over 120s within 140~160℃.
5.2 Storage Requirement
Unopened original moisture-proof reel packaging should be stored at ambient temperature 0~30℃ with relative humidity below 60%, valid storage period up to 60 days;
After unpacking the tape reel, all LEDs shall be fully used within 24 hours; leftover unused components must be baked at 60℃ for 12~24 hours before subsequent SMT processing to eliminate internal moisture.
5.3 Reliability Test Standard
All products pass standard reliability tests including high-low temperature cycling (-40℃~+85℃ for 100 cycles), high temperature & high humidity aging (85℃, RH85% for 1000H), long-time powered aging at rated current, with final lumen decay controlled below 30% after full testing.
