Product Overview

WE-SP150 is standard 1206 side-emitting SMD LED, adopting gold-plated soldering terminals with obvious cathode marking for easy SMT mounting. It features a 140° ultra-wide viewing angle with uniform side light output, no dark edges. Multiple chip materials including GaP, AlGaAs, GaAsP, AlGaInP, InGaN are available, covering full color range with conventional, special InGaN and ultra-high brightness AlGaInP versions. All products pass strict pulse aging test under 20mA standard current, low light decay, long service life, widely used for equipment status indicators, car atmosphere lamps, wearable backlight and toy decorative lighting.
